Modern lifestyle and aging can lead to an increased natural curve and reduced mobility of the thoracic spine (mid to@upper back). This can then affect your upper & lower limb movements, breathing and posture. It can also lead to headaches, neck stiffness, changes in pelvic alignment and thus lower back pain. Using the #bosu or #foamroller is a great way to open the chest and improve thoracic extension and mobility. Don’t have either? Use some pillows stacked on top of each other!
